ÇESAN has been manufacturing mobile and stationary asphalt plants with 30t/h-300t/h capacities that produce asphalt in global standarts. It has got various design according to the customer needs. Asphalt plants are safe with respect to noise, dust and heat. It is enviroment and user friendly. Dimensions of the units are designed as they are convenient to the global road transporting gauges. Operating cost is low because of low energy needed, optimized fuel consumption, operated with 2 personel (plant operator, loading operator), long life system and units, minimized maintenance needs.
Any sort of liquid fuel (fuel-oil, 6 fuel oil, diesel) naturel gas or LPG can be used in ÇESAN asphalt plant.
